Overview of L&M Services
L&M's core strength is found in the integration of the six fundamental service
areas of association management common to all trade associations and
professional societies and it starts at the top.
L&M executive directors are highly experienced in each of the five support
functions, as well as being among the most experienced executive management
professionals in the field today. At L&M we take great care and pride in
meeting the special needs and requirements of each client as though each
client were our only client.
Innovative Solutions Solutions are innovative
when they are delivered in a flexible manner to meet the client's special
needs and circumstances. As an accredited AMC we're not locked into a
rigid set of services and delivery approaches; in fact, our accreditation
is based on customer satisfaction and our ability to build on the best
practices in the industry to meet the needs of our association clients.
Flexible Solutions Some of our clients came to us from previous
management arrangements. In a few situations there were strong business cases
to retain certain existing services (e.g., external bookkeeping,
web hosting, meeting planning, etc.). Because L&M is highly experienced in
each of the core service areas our clients benefit from our ability to
manage third party services to the same high standards we hold for ourselves.
The L&M service model allows us to insert a third party provider into the
picture as easily as replacing a puzzle piece.
