Michael
T. LoBue, CAE, has served
as executive director and board member to various non-profit organizations
since 1980. LoBue entered into the association management business in 1993
to provide the computing industry with a highly experienced professional
alternative to existing management options.
As an independent marketing consultant from '90 to '93, LoBue developed
marketing
strategies for workflow products, professional technology services, and
high-performance
desktop communications products. As a marketing manager at Sun Microsystems, he developed and implemented
marketing strategies for the higher education market.
At Carnegie
Mellon University, LoBue was an assistant
vice president and a member of the management
team that brought together the University's
computing, library, information, and communications
services.
LoBue has an M.S. in Management & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University
and an A.B. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Michael Majdalany, CAE, joined L&M in 1998. He spent 10
years at Sun Microsystems, where he was last the Director of Worldwide
Marketing for the Academic & Research Computing group, having helped Sun build
its education market into a $600 million business.
A 20 year veteran of the computer industry, Majdalany has a broad international
background that includes four years in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to Sun,
Majdalany helped launch a start up, Wedge Innovations, as director of marketing.
He began his marketing career with four years at Hewlett-Packard as product manager
and channel marketing manager. On the technical side, he spent four years as a
software developer, focusing on enterprise management solutions.
Majdalany has an MBA from Stanford as well as a M.S. in Engineering from MIT,
and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics from SUNY Buffalo. He is
fluent in French and Arabic.

Mary McCue joined L&M as
the head of its newly formed London-based subsidiary in July 2001.
She began her career in association management in 1989 as an International
Marketing Specialist at Smith Bucklin & Associates in Washington DC, where
she conducted worldwide export promotion programs under USDA grant funding
for three associations in the agricultural commodities and agribusiness sectors.
In 1994, she left Washington to launch Interel Association Management in Brussels,
Belgium. During her tenure as Director of IAM Brussels from 1994-2001, Mary
served as Executive Director or Marketing Director EMEA for six trade
associations,one professional society and one international (European) trade federation.
The industry and professional sectors of her clients included food &
agriculture,human resource management, strategic account management, telecommunications &
networkcomputing, manufacturing & home textiles.
Before entering the association management profession, Mary worked in marketing
for the translation division of Berlitz International and at the Institute
of European Studies in Vienna, Austria. She has lived and worked in Europe
for nearly 10 years and speaks German and French in addition to her native
(American) English.
McCue holds a B.A. in German Studies from Rice University.

Paul Wright, Ed.D. joined L&M as
an associate executive October 2010. Paul has over 35 years of business
experience, including 16 years as an association executive. Wright served as
executive of three local chambers of commerce in California, Turlock, Santa
Rosa and San Francisco. He was a partner and co-founder of a consulting
practice in Palo Alto, CA that focused on executive team alignment, strategic
planning, leadership training, team building, and executive coaching. Paul's
current consulting practice includes culture change management.
Paul served as Mayor of the City of Belmont California. He is past Chairman of
the Board of the Palo Alto (CA) Chamber of Commerce. He was recognized as the
1992 Person of the Year by the Redwood City (CA) Chamber of Commerce and
chaired the Leadership Redwood City Program.
Paul has held numerous professional leadership roles including serving as
President of the California Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and
as a director of the California Chamber of Commerce. He served on the Board of
Regents for the Institute for Organization Management and represented Rotary
International as a Group Study Exchange Team Member to India.
A graduate of California State University, Chico, Wright received both his
Bachelor of Arts and his Master's Degree in Public Administration there, and
completed his Doctorate in human and organizational studies at The George
Washington University.
Chris Lyon, CAE, brings
18 years of nonprofit management and administrative experience and ten years
experience in the computing industry, having held management positions in Fibre
Channel product companies, including Marketing Communications Director with
Connex. Lyon has also been a marketing consultant to a number of storage
industry firms. In the past he has served on the boards of Fibre Channel
Loop Community and the FCIA.
Lyon's industry marketing experiences
encompasses all aspects of trade show management, development
and oversight of marketing communications
including establishing annual budgets for
messaging and implementation, product launches
and promotions, collateral material development
utilizing both in-house and outside resources.
He has planned and staged events throughout
the United States and Europe and has established
corporate marketing presence internationally.
Lyon has a B.A. in Theology and has three years of post graduate work
in administration and management. (joined L&M July, 2000)

Alice Tate
brings more than ten years of technology and
government marketing communications, and
familiarity with diverse technology markets,
such as digital storage, storage networking,
LAN, Internet security and supercomputing.
Prior to L&M, Alice was founder and principal of marketing communications consultancy Tate Communications,
which built upon technology clients' existing marketing programs. These programs included marketing plans,
media campaigns, trade show and event planning, telemarketing campaigns, product launches and co-marketing
initiatives. Before that, Tate worked at a LAN and storage networking hardware startup, GigaLabs, as its
Marketing and PR Manager. Tate was involved there with industry associations including the Gigabit Ethernet
Alliance, the SCSI Trade Association, the High Performance Networking Forum, and the Storage Networking
Industry Association.
Alice has a B.A. in English from the University of Rochester.

Mike Briones, joined L&M in 2004 as a full time
accountant. In 2005 he become the firm's controller and oversees all bookkeeping and accounting functions. Briones
has held senior staff positions (e.g., CFO, Controller, VP of Finance) in non-profit organizations with annual billings
as high as $12M. Mike has broad experience in accounting policies and practices, include GAAP and FASB regulations.
Mike holds a B.S. in Accounting from De La Salle University. Mike is fluent in Tagolog.
Dina Tassell brings
over 15 years experience in administration, with more than 5 years experience
supervising administrative personnel for Arthur Anderson, in the areas of report
processing, budget preparation, work flow management, with extensive experience
in records and file management.
Tassell's role at L&M includes member records management (both physical files and database systems),
application processing, membership renewals and termination processing.
Marcia Molina has experience in customer
service, publishing and administration. She is completing her studies at San Francisco State University
with a goal of obtaining a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in computer information
systems and a minor in management.
Marcia's role at L&M includes web site design, maintenance, activity reports, and supporting special projects,
such as product databases and online registrations. Marcia is also fluent in Spanish.
